Prince Albert Wagram - Paris

Amazing place with wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me find local shops, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a comfy stay! I'm coming back for a xmas.

I was frustrated by the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors talking and watching TV late into the night. The lack of complimentary drinking water in the room was surprisingly disappointing. I also encountered issues with the breakfast service as it ended too early, not catering to those who enjoy a leisurely morning.

The Hotel is located near Arc de Triomphe. Bus number 31 stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and it takes you right to the monument. The area is quiet, and there is some restaurants, food shops and other shops near the hotel. There is also a cash automat nearby. The rooms have air conditioning. The staff at the hotel speaks english, and was nice and friendly. The hotel also offers free wireless internet.

The hotel is really ok, with a nice location, but maybe a little bit pricey. I paid 278 Euros for two nights, and that did not include breakfast.

Stylish rooms with an extra bed, and stunning location. Location just next door to the center of Paris, the Arc de Triomphe, and the railway station, shops and restaurants. And a 10-minute walk from Parc Monceau.

The staff might think they're doing their job well, but when I found out that no hot water was available, their indifference was astounding. Oh, and they expect you to drink tea from flimsy paper cups. Just when I thought I'd give a glowing review, they dashed those hopes with their astonishing incompetence.

Friendly, helpful staff. Despite that the hotel is 2 stars only and not newly decorated, very clean and good value for money. Close to Metro and shops. You need to be aware off some main streets next to it as the location little tricky. Lovely place for a short city break.

It is a 2 star hotel so I don't thing people should complain about room size or other ridicules stuff in here. How long a day you really spend in a hotel room when you are in Paris?!? ;)

It did not seem like the staff cared if we were there or not.

The hotel is well located in a residential area, with lots of excellent shops. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and the bathroom nicely updated. The maid service was excellent and the front desk staff were always helpful and polite. Breakfast is a good value. Though tiny, there is an elevator to help get baggage upstairs.

Thin walls, steep stairs, tiny rooms, expensive for what it is: in other words, a typical Parisian hotel in this price range.
